So you have probably gathered that the celery is supposed to be stuffed - think ants on a log. But through trial and error I’ve decided that for starters, no one has time to stuff the celery and two, it’s way too messy. And really, dipping is where it’s at anyway.
This recipe - if you can even call it that - is the perfect light, crunchy refreshing thing to kick of spring and carry into summer.
Ingredients
1 (8 oz) block of cream cheese
1 (.07 oz) package of Italian dressing
1/2 cup mayo
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Celery, washed and cut
Dash of paprika for the top if you're feeling fancy.
Directions: Mix together... slap into a bowl and get dipping.
