🔄 Online Return Policy

With the exception of women’s & Children's clothing (this excludes handbags & accessories), all items are final sale and not eligible for return.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot address damage claims after this window.

Women’s Clothing Returns

• Return window: Within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

• Returns that do not meet these requirements will be denied.

Return Instructions

1. Email us first to initiate your return: amber@junkyjanko.com

2. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. If approved, your refund will be applied to your original payment method.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm its arrival and notify you of the refund decision.

Most items at Junky Janko Market are eligible for return — with a few noted exceptions.

• Full refund to your original payment method within fourteen (14) days of purchase

• Store credit offered within twenty-one (21) days of purchase

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached

• Returns that do not meet these conditions will be denied

Final Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Sale or clearance merchandise

• Jewelry

• Food items & drink mixes

All purchases made at our Wisconsin Dells Craft Mall location and at off-site markets or events (via our trailer) are FINAL SALE.

Due to the nature of these locations, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted.
