Shipping & Returns
All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). After receiving your initial order confirmation email, you will receive an adiditonal notification when your order has shipped.
Order processing/shipping may be extended to 7-12 days during high volume order seasons like the holidays.
For those of you local in the Waunakee area, you are able to skip the shipping and choose local pick up at check out.
For international shipping, please contact us prior to placing your order.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
With the exception of women's clothing (which excludes all handbags & accessories), all items are not returnable. If there is an issue with your item at delivery (i.e. damaged during shipping), please contact us within 7 days of receipts. Unfortunately, after 7 days we we will be unable to remedy the damage.
All clothing must be returned within 21 days of purchase. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your clothing item must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it in. All tags must be attached. Refund will be denied if item is not in its original condition or without tags attached.
To initiate a return, please e-mail us first. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
